3. Customer Responsibilities & Accuracy of Inputs

Nutrient database calculations under 21 CFR 101.9(g)(4) rely on the accuracy of the raw ingredient weights, moisture/cooking yield loss figures, and specialty supplier spec sheets provided by the food manufacturer. Customers are responsible for verifying that their commercial production batch matches the submitted recipe formulation and for maintaining good manufacturing practices (GMPs) to prevent allergen cross-contact.

4. Commercial Print & Intellectual Property Rights

Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to print, reproduce, and distribute the delivered Nutrition Facts panels, vector files, and regulatory declarations across unlimited packaging runs for the covered SKU(s).
